Evanescence

Evanescence is an American Rock band who released their first full length album Fallen in 2003 and would go on to sell more than 17 million copies worldwide and won two Grammy Awards, led by smash hit “Bring Me To Life”, which recently got a remake leading up to their international tour and new album, Synthesis.

Over a one week period in February, Evanescence will be hitting the Australian leg of their international tour to play in South Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. The band will also be playing several dates across North America and Europe. The international tour will be in promotion of their new album Synthesis, a project the band say will bring something unique and complex and something that will be new territory for the band.

A band that has already made their mark on history, Evanescence is now looking to reinvent themselves before embarking upon the world once again. From winning the MTV Australia award for Album of the Year in 2007 to now returning to the land down under for what could be their last tour, Evanescence will be available for one week only in February. Look into buying tickets for your nearest city before they sell out and check Evanescence’s official site and social media pages to find out more information.

The song "Bring me to life" is so enchanting yet very haunting. An acapella version of it could be epic. Raw and real. LOVE this group!

I love it when people, especially those who have experienced some level of success try to reinvent themselves. It goes to say that there is always room for improvement. Would love to watch this band perform!

I love to listen to his music online. He writes songs that dig deep into melancholy, devotion and flawed and fascinating characters. :)

I love the traditional beer maid costume, but Chinese fashions are always prime. I got a custom chengonsam for prom in high school. I loved it.

I'm not a Yankees fan at all. I prefer the Red Sox or Royals, but I can see myself cheering on Toronto sometime.
